Rain, shine, gray, or snow–Port Susan provides a continuous display of beautiful scenery, wildlife, and beach walks. In the summer tootle around in your boat (two anchored boat buoys come with the house) or take the pots or poles out to do some crabbing or fishing. Mark the passage of the seasons by watching the migration of snow geese, Canada geese, Trumpeter Swans, Pacific loons, Buffleheads, Golden Eyes, and more. Admire the year round residents: bald eagles, hawks, great blue herons, hummingbirds and more.  Gather beach glass and shells. Take a walk through the neighborhood and watch resident deer feeding on fallen apples.

If you can tear yourself away from the beach, walk or drive to nearby Warm Beach Christian Camp for their annual Lights of Christmas spectacular event. Drive further into Stanwood for shopping, dining or a movie.
